Description

The Lublin Province Museum is a research, cultural and educational institution in Eastern Poland. The aim is to preserve and promote culture heritage.

The Lublin Province Museum is a multi-departmental institution and has the total number of items in its various collections from prehistory to the recent times including WWII, European paintings, folk art, the art of Catholic and Orthodox Church and Jewish paraments. The buildings of the museum are high class historic monuments. It is one of the oldest museums in Poland and collaborates with national and foreign cultural institutions in the areas of preservation, research and promoting culture.

Competence and Expertise Offered

The Lublin Province Museum has international cooperation experience and a successful history of grant projects participation. In the years 2006-2008 and 2010-2013 from EU funds it accomplished a complex repair and modernization of the main estate of the museum in the Lublin Castle.
Museum is experienced in organizing both small and big projects in the area of culture and education.
