Lumia d.o.o. is a private company for disabled and Zavod Lumis is a sheltered company and an NGO.
Both organisations are dedicated to the vocational rehabilitation training, employment and the social inclusion of unemployed persons with disabilities, other vulnerable groups, together with difficult-to-employ persons having limitations and barriers regarding employment opportunities. We employ about 40 people.

In our professional team, we have employees who are experts, together with over 15 years of experience in development, implementation and management of Active Employment Policy programs, Vocational rehabilitation and Social inclusion programs on national and international levels.

We are always developing new business and projects to make even more job and inclusion opportunities for vulnerable people and always search for cooperation on there goals. Mostly we lack of creative industries, scaling business and optimisation, policy making and social inclusion.
