The Norwegian Helsinki Committee, contact point for organizations under the 2014 - 2021 programming period of the EEA and Norway Grants

Through an open competition the Norwegian Helsinki Committee has been selected to fulfill the responsibilities of a contact point for cooperation between Norway and the civil society in 15 recipient countries of the EEA and Norway Grants 2014 – 2021, under the Active Citizens Fund.

The Norwegian Helsinki Committee is happy to be able to continue to fulfill this important role and looks forward to cooperating with all relevant entities in order to foster good bilateral relations between Norway and the 15 recipient countries of the EEA and Norway Grants.

"We are starting a new programming period while closing the previous one, so the tasks at hand are multi-fold and at the same time very exciting” said Csilla Czimbalmos, project manager at the Norwegian Helsinki Committee in charge of the EEA and Norway Grants portfolio.

In the coming period we will focus on a thorough mapping of the Norwegian civil society sector in order to establish interests and priorities, so if you are working for an organization, big or small, from the entire country, chances are that we will get in touch with you very soon.

In the meantime we encourage all organizations and Norwegian public institutions interested in learning more about the new programming period of the EEA and Norway Grants to contact us with any questions they may have.
