Non-governmental NGOs in Malta can now apply for funding for projects that will strenghten civil society and address issues such as human rights, discrimination, hate speech, gender inequality, poverty and the environment. The deadline for submission of proposals is 30 May 2014.
Malta is the smallest of the EEA Grant beneficiary country. However, that does not mean that the EEA Grants will not contribute to great projects with potential for lasting change on the small Mediterranean island.
The NGO Programme in Malta has been lauched and NGOs in Malta can now apply for funding to strenghten civil society platforms and networks and for projects covering thematic areas like democracy, human rights and sustainable development. The application deadline is 12 July 2013.
