New Extended Deadline - Call for Proposals under Fund for Bilateral Relations in Lithuania

It is still possible to apply for funding under the funds for bilateral relations in Lithuania. The bilateral funds finance initiatives such as conferences, workshops, study tours, studies and reports, as well as outreach activities which could add value to and broaden the cooperation that takes place within the programmes. The funds may also provide a source of funding for initiatives of interest to both the donor and beneficiary countries going beyond the programmes.

The new deadline for submission of applications is September 16, 2016.

A delegation of the Jewish Community in Lithuania carried out a study visit to Oslo, Norway with the aim to strengthen the network of the community in order to encourage tolerance and prevent anti-Semitism and public hatred at international levels.

Project sponsored by Norwegian EEA Grants goes viral on the Internet and attracts attention outside Lithuanian borders

The Lithuanian Centre for Human Rights (LŽTS) has initiated a campaign sponsored by the EEA and Norway Grants. Their campaign video, where a black man asks strangers to translate a text that someone had written to him in Lithuanian has gone viral on the internet.
